Urban Home Dubai started with a simple frustration: house-hunting in one of the world's most exciting cities shouldn't feel like being processed.
Dubai welcomes close to a thousand new residents a day. Most arrive knowing the skyline and nothing else — which communities are quiet, which "10 minutes from Downtown" claims survive rush hour, which buildings have gyms worth using. That local knowledge is our entire product.
We're deliberately a residential specialist. No commercial towers, no plots, no hotel rooms — just homes, and the families moving into them.
What we promise
Every shortlist includes the cons — noise, service charges, that afternoon sun. You decide with open eyes.
